I have been working at Aspire Lifestyles part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Current Base pay is $9, but with easy to maintain metrics, average is $12.
Service Leaders want you to succeed and encourage you to ask questions and want to help.
Training is extensive and in-depth. Questions are encouraged and trainers willing to work one-on-one outside of normal training hours.
Always scheduled in the time frame I contracted for and scheduling does their best to provide maximum hours available.
Weekly bonuses available and easy to earn if you're doing your job the way you should be.
Monthly and one-on-one paid training provided
Easy to schedule vacations
Benefits available

Cons

Client's promotions are mis-leading and customers frequently upset. Many calls are regarding promotion questions.
Procedures are in place and written, but some helpers will give different answers.
New computer system has glitches, which can be expected, but interrupts work.

Advice to Management

Allow long-term employees who are meeting or exceeding metrics first choice of schedules and hours.
Provide long-term employees who are meeting or exceeding metrics with base pay raises based on performance.

I have been working at Aspire Lifestyles part-time

    Pros

    Work from home
    Pick up/ delete shifts

    Cons

The job description is nothing that your goin to be doing! My title is brand ambassador personal stylist for bluefly. Ya right! You will not be doin such a thing! All the calls are customers asking when they are goin to get there money back from a return because the company takes a month to refund. A lot of orders are cancelled because of security reasons which is a good thing in some cases. But you will not be doing what the job description says or what they train you on. The pay is really low! They say you can make incititives but that's never goin to happen because the call volume is really low. And when it is they will tell you to log off. You will never work your full shift! The supervisors and specialist are really nice through out training but after training expect to get ignored! If your looking for a lot or hours and good pay. Don't expect it here!
