Pros

Many jobs.
Decent but not top pay.

Cons

Highly susceptible to boom/bust industries like oil & gas and federal contracting economic and/or political influences.
High employee turnover rate.
Preference for native hire is frequently counterproductive to attracting and keeping the best and the brightest.
Poor or no succession planning.
Weak incapable leadership and non-existent accountability for top-level executives.

Advice to Management

Lead, follow or get out of the way.

    Pros

They offer an Alternate Work Schedule. Starting PTO is 12 days.

    Cons

fast turnover (entry level positions), low salaries to compete with other proposals, lack of training for supervisors

    Advice to Management

For those interested in doing more in their job and providing ideas for growth and opportunity to the contract, you shouldn't have a supervisor to tell them they should be happy they have a job and end up bored out of their minds that they leave.
