    Pros

Good work-life balance. Appreciated the flexible hours.

    Cons

Almost no professional growth. A lot of political, insecure, people. A very toxic, environment. Modeled from upper management.

    Advice to Management

Make this a better place to work by incentivizing growth opportunities, and pay your employees a decent living wage for the NYC area. Every year I was at that company a huge amount of people left. Not normal. Employees should want to be hired, and promoted, not fleeing at the first job they get.

    Pros

Relatively easy work. Fair compensation. Flexible work hours are great! This was an easy day job for me while I built my side gig. It's fine if you're not too invested in company politics.

    Cons

While I was there, management made a series of poor decisions that upset employees. The company claims to be stable and employee-centric, but in reality senior executives make random choices that regularly upset the status quo in the name of "pivoting", without any long-term strategy. This is an old-school company that is floundering in the new economy.

    Advice to Management

Walk your talk. If you say you're a flexible company with an investment in employee work-life balance, make it so.
