Good benefits and an opportunity to develop skills and learn about the industry. Depending on your career goals, you may be able to grow well within the company. In the IT field, Assurant has made forward strides at providing inhouse educational opportunities using their elearning tools.

Cons

Corporate direction changes every time a new CIO comes into power. Enterprise response is then reactionary, so company acts before fully planning a strong roadmap basd on best practices.

    Most of the people are nice

    Cons

    People assigned to assist you as supervisors are poor. They run around all day doing nothing, and not available. Customers are allowed to say anything to you. You can't do anything but listen and take it.

    Advice to Management

    consider your employee feelings. Employee should at least be able to say "M'am or Sir, I will have to discontinue the call if you continue with the vulgar language." or something of the kind.
