Pros

Most of the people are nice

Cons

People assigned to assist you as supervisors are poor. They run around all day doing nothing, and not available. Customers are allowed to say anything to you. You can't do anything but listen and take it.

Advice to Management

consider your employee feelings. Employee should at least be able to say "M'am or Sir, I will have to discontinue the call if you continue with the vulgar language." or something of the kind.

    Pros

    Good people and peers to work with. Multiple groups to work within at the company. Many chances for lateral movement if that is what you want.

    Cons

    Leadership team can be closed off at times. Alot of overlap of responsibilities. Shotgun approach to customer management at times. Not much feedback on job performance during the year.

    Advice to Management

    The potential for a good workplace is there, however they need to work on treating employees a little better and communicating with employees better beyond a once a year or twice a year employee review.

    Pros

    Allows time off when necessary for family emergencies;
    Initial job training is excellent;
    Continued job support by training staff.

    Cons

    Salary is very low;
    Performance goals continually change making it difficult to qualify for bonuses;
    Upper management is more concerned with EPS than employee satisfaction;
    Promotion from within to supervisor is non-existent.

    Advice to Management

    Increase salaries based on a stable set of performance goals;
    Promote from within to supervisor positions instead of hiring from outside and then trying to train. A "new to the company" supervisor is not equipped to help tenured company employees.
    Stabilize performance goals instead of continuing to add new requirements.
