If you work hard and don't mind playing office politics you can advance, I know many people who started on the call center floor that are now middle management. Flexible hours,decent pay

Cons

office politics, if you get on someones bad side look out!

    They are moving from a sales center to a customer service center. They want people that can read a script word for word

    Nice Salary
    Good Benefits
    Nice Entry Level Perks

    Cons

    If you are working in customer service the rules change A LOT which is fine except supervisors didn't keep up well. So you would get instructions and if it went bad the supervisor took on the "either me or you role"

    Advancement opportunities were mostly lateral moves so raises weren't as they should be.

    Advice to Management

    Take better care of your employees and offer more perks
