Pros
Great place to work for with a lot of clients in whole Brittany. You will work with great people and great environment. Many events and afterwork to come at lunch break or in the evening, which allow adapting to every schedule. A team of HR and business managers who are really reactive (almost immediate response within MS Teams). You won't be just a number, but really a person in Rennes Agency (this doesn't mean it is the same for Astek in other location - if you get there, don't make my mistake: don't ask for relocation or be sure of the landing agency before). I spent 2 great years there.
Cons
- Salary which is average for Rennes Area (but it is more related to the region than to the company). - Certification and learning, as many French companies there is a budget and limited learning compare to international company outside France.
