      Nice work/life balance Secluded and on the water If you stay out of politics, it is a nice enough place, but you will not go anywhere in your career

      Cons

      Very political If you are not in the sales building, you are relatively unappreciated and taken for granted

      decent benefits, decent starting wages, new HR trying very hard to change the environment

      operators who have been there 15+ years should be making more than new hires - not. the 'rules' should apply equally to everyone - not!
