I have been working at Aston Martin full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice atmosphere and relatively small business makes you involved in many aspects of the project work. Amazing cars which are build just downstairs int he same office.

    Cons

The regular fluctuation of the automotive sector. Traffic in Gaydon is horrendous. Offices are not so fresh.

Steady downhill erosion in primarily everything the company stood for due to arrogance of management practices Underfunded, understaffed, inexperienced new workers taking the place of capable experienced employees who after a couple years make mass exodus from the daily horrific conditions presented to them by psychotic managers who's only goal is to extract every last cent out of unsuspecting customers by using employees...

    Advice to Management

Sell the company while it's still worth something before you ruin the lives of the good folks still trying to make a living at this company. Stodgy ancient British management who places ill-tempered unbalanced Germans in positions of authority to make terrible business decisions and then create a culture of finger pointing and blame. Did not realize just how absolutely awful this company is until I quit and could clearly...
