    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Aston Martin full-time for more than a year

    Pros

"Lower" Tier management is good. Work/life balence is nice. Traffic is fine if you change your work hours slightly. Friendly staff. A lot of experienced engineers.

    Cons

Upper management is non-existant in the office. Minimal trust in employees. Employees not treated with respect. Salary is well below average for industry standard. Communication is non-existant. Employees have been let go with 5 minutes to spare on a friday afternoon, then gardening leave. Communication regarding job security is awful, many people have been let go, this has not been communicated properly...

    Cons

Steady downhill erosion in primarily everything the company stood for due to arrogance of management practices Underfunded, understaffed, inexperienced new workers taking the place of capable experienced employees who after a couple years make mass exodus from the daily horrific conditions presented to them by psychotic managers who's only goal is to extract every last cent out of unsuspecting customers by using employees...

    Advice to Management

Sell the company while it's still worth something before you ruin the lives of the good folks still trying to make a living at this company. Stodgy ancient British management who places ill-tempered unbalanced Germans in positions of authority to make terrible business decisions and then create a culture of finger pointing and blame. Did not realize just how absolutely awful this company is until I quit and could clearly...
