I worked at Asurion full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Working from home, no driving, saving on gas money, and fairley easy system to use.

    Cons

to many calls for the money, the raises are littile, QA'S are really biased, no room for advancement, supervisors really have a lack of knowledge, and too much work for the pay. No reason the Supervisor needs to compete with the employee.

    Advice to Management

Learn to listen to your employee's. Hire more professional management and have ways the for employees to contact management with issues.
