I worked at Asurion full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great health insurance benefits, performance based bonuses, employee discounts, decent support

    Cons

Very low pay. No work life balance, hours are awful with no real time off. I worked on 2 accounts so I never got to take vacation time because if 1 account was slow than the other wouldn't be.

    Advice to Management

No real employee feedback, processes change too frequently. They don't give a process time to start working before they toss it and start a new one
