A job that pays the bills Work from home
Cons
Underpaid and undervalued No growth opportunities High turnover Management lies everytime about policies and procedures They record and critique every call by the sales manager everyday Performance based but they don't state that during the hiring process No bonus sign on even though it was advertised on the job posting Slavery at its finest Management is sipping on Pina Coladas in the restaurant literally during a video call in St.Petersburg, Florida.
