A job that pays the bills Work from home
Cons
Underpaid and undervalued No growth opportunities High turnover Management lies everytime about policies and procedures They record and critique every call by the sales manager everyday Performance based but they don't state that during the hiring process No bonus sign on even though it was advertised on the job posting Slavery at its finest Management is sipping on Pina Coladas in the restaurant literally during a video call in St.Petersburg, Florida. In these hard economic days do you think AT&T customers are willing to buy insurance which this position is solely based on even though helping a AT&T customer's iphone and Android should be valued more because they already purchased the service which is a return on lifetime investment.

Limited face-to-face interaction with your boss and not having to work in an office environment
Cons
When I applied, the role was advertised as a tech service job, but it wasn’t until after I was hired that I learned it’s all about sales. The management didn’t know what they were doing most of the time, and all the fuel burned to drive 120 miles to deliver one phone (not kidding) so that customers can get it same day is insane. People can wait. I don’t get it. You get paid the standard federal rate for mileage, but your wear out your car and contribute to waste culture and pollution. It’s NOT worth it.
