      No micro management Good food

      They could further improve inclusivity for employees who are not Swedish-speaking. At times, decision-making in upper management can appear somewhat rigid, which may make change slower. Additionally, there seem to be fewer growth opportunities for consultants compared to permanent employees.

      Good work-life balance, very helpful and friendly colleagues. Also, has a strong market presence and long-term customer relationships, it provides growth oppurtunity within the IT industry.

      Cons

      Atea relies heavily on IT infrastructure, hardware, and related services only in the Nordic and Baltic markets.
