      The only thing that made me stay at Athena was my supervisor and the few coworkers that didn't talk behind my back(that I know of).

      My manager made it very clear that he cared about my professional development and well being.

      Cons

      Some medtechs who have been there for several years can be quite negative and jaded. At the time I was there, the EHS officer was not doing her job.
