      Pros

      The chance to be a part of the community library system was a lucky break for me. And to see black families sharing in the experience was heart warming.

      Cons

      HVAC malfunctioned occasionally. And perhaps more training classes.

      Pros

      You get paid every two weeks. I had to work weekends every other week, and you get to work with children.

      Cons

      No flexibility with schedule, no advancing within career and it's very political.
