Most of the people are genuinely nice. The company is small enough to get to know everyone, but large enough to feel like a "real" company. Strong sense of pride and cutlure. Positive work-family balance. New CEO seems like a step in the right direction.
Cons
Very poor senior leadership during the time I was there. Death of Chairman Ron Brown left a gaping hole in competence and vision. Interim CEO was completely incapable of moving the company forward. The Board also seems to lack vision. A lot of cliques and politics within the company.
