I worked at Atlantic Partners as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Their network consists of clients that pay very handsome rates. After submitting your invoice, you get paid via direct deposit by the end of the week.

    Cons

No real communication with the contract employees aside from the weekly transmission of timesheet/invoice.

    Advice to Management

Take your contractors out for happy-hour on a monthly basis.
