I have been working at Atlas Copco full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Easy to be part of big projects
Always a good work/life balance (Swedish style)
Overall a broad professional experience
Many international opportunities, if that is what you are looking for

Cons

Quite greedy management
Good starting salary, but increases very slowly
Hard to get the big picture on long term strategy
Promises for personal growth are not always kept
A lot of discussion needed to move forward in projects

Advice to Management

Create a better incentive culture rewarding people that really put in an effort
For the rest keep up things as they are going. Great international company.

I have been working at Atlas Copco full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Constant work and efforts focusing on how to better treat costumers and employees, AC really taught me how to change my attitude towards internal and external clients, besides the focus on the human side of effectiveness through liberty through accountability

    Cons

Sometimes stress builds up to really high levels and there isn't enough time to get rid of it.

I worked at Atlas Copco full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Very knowledgeable, smart General Manager

    Cons

Old timers are suffering from serious attitude problems. Feeling that they're untouchables. Getting simple things done is like signing a war treaty. Lack of ownership and EVERYONE seems to practice CYA methodology. Old fashion with endless paper trial. Most biz line managers are a hopeless bunch. Unprofessional, unethical, horrible English speaking and have zero people skill. Company may be more successful with better leaders...

    Advice to Management

    All the best, hopefully
