Learning curves are penalised instead of coached through. Team leads deliberately block important information to “test how you navigate ambiguity” You are expected to navigate the company structure with next to no guidance, under the guise of “being able to navigate ambiguity”. All whilst, ironically, creating ambiguity in the first place. Goalposts frequently moving making it impossible to meet APEX goals, which then blocks career progression
