    Pros

National reach, company has positions all over the United States so relocating within the company would seem feasible if you wanted to.

    Cons

Management is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Employees are treated like robots instead of humans with unreasonable expectations, disrespect and disregard. No room for advancement in position, no room for salary raises. Everything HR related is a complete failure, for example: Health Benefits package is terrible, Payroll failed to pay half of all their employees partially or in full, 401k "was not fed by HR" (couldn't enroll), PTO was not allowed to roll over or payout and management would not approve it so we all lost our PTO... Weekly technical failures: Intranet, Self HR, Time card entry, email, etc. Technical issues are not fixed timely, always get the same response: "There is no estimated ETR (Estimated Time Repair / Return)" Technical support is terrible, calls to help desk result in foreigners assigning tickets that are never completed, never get a call back, no response and no solution to issues. HR support is non-existant, phone calls for help result in being put on hold for 10 mins, then forced to leave a message and disconnected, message is never returned.

    Advice to Management

Seek new management within the IT and HR divisions. The incompetence within IT and HR is embarrassing, pathetic and intolerable. Don't forget: Happy employees = Happy customers. Company conference calls with fancy graphics and graphs about how many millions of dollars the company pulls in just makes us employees realize how little we get paid....

    Pros

Great experience, and a good place to work if you have a good manager. A great place to work if you are a new hire. Plenty of room for advanceent.

    Cons

Management allows customer expectations to become out of sync with what is being provided, and the customer facing employees must take the brunt of the customer's ire.

The best technical staff are locked into low pay by policies blocking raises to competitive levels. Entry level staff are paid on a competitive rate, but as they advance to higher skilled positions, rules prevent raises that keep pay competitive. So an employee hired at the entry level will advance to a senior technical level, yet be paid 1/3rd the rate he can get if he will accept a position anywhere else. So people that are the core of the company leave for greener pastures. Their replacements get the pay that would have been needed to keep them happy. Better raises for the technical rising stars will keep them, and prevent needing to waste time bringing on replacements.

    Advice to Management

Drop the 15% advancement raise cap. You will continue to loose your best people if you keep underpaying them. Someone with good skills that was hired at the entry level and promoted into management deserves competitive pay, period. Anything less damages the company and makes good people leave.

Don't ever let a senior manager tell whole rooms full of people that they are all expendable, that does not drive good moral.
