I received wisdom from the elderly and got food everyday. My bosses and coworkers were amazing.

Pros
I had very good interactions from all of my coworkers and supervisors as they're very optimistic and fun to work with and very clean facility is the only positive thing. Work life balance is not bad long as you're entry level, you're able to shut off the computer after work. It's a good place to start your career to learn the basics, but not many people last. At least 7 people have quit while I was working there.
Cons
They focus on loyalty but you have to build your PTO. Every two weeks when you punch in your PTO gets build up by 1.5 hourish. No sick time so when you have covid you just have to use your PTO. which doesn't make sense and the higher ups will get mad at you because "you're not giving 100% to the company". This department MICRO Manages. It's all about pushing unobtainable metrics. It's mostly from the higher ups as they are given metrics.. and training is horrible. One meeting they will say one thing and next they change it up. There is no constantly and yet they're demanding you to meet their numbers and metrics. The most stressful part of this job. Disorganized. When Holiday and Atria merged they got a lot of mess from holiday. Experienced workers quit due to the incredible volume and there wasn't any guidance. Be ready to have no proper training and thrown in. The supervisors and managers are new and are overworked due to disorganization of the merge and the structure. This might be outdated information, but higher up rly pushes on metrics where it will drive you crazy and not afraid to cuss you out. Don't trust the higher up (singular one particular VP)... as much as they care about "loyalty", they dont have a problem letting you go due to their ego. They will say one thing and do the other. Be ready for office politics.
