It was always great to work with Attinad Software

Never felt anything bad there It was pleasant experience overall

1. Learning.. you can learn a lot of new technologies, concepts and techniques. 2. Culture, people and all were good once upon a time, but now everything is crap.

1. No transparency 2. Worst communication between management and employees 3. Zero respect 4. No job security. Today you are working and tomorrow you are out. Not because of performance issues but because you couldn’t keep the senior management happy. 5. Heavily biased and big time partiality. 6. HR was good but now crap. No respect for the employees who work hard. The beauty and the beast style!! 7. Appraisal roll out happen once in 6 months until last appraisal. Now that is also gone. No value for our work. 8. The founders responsible for delivery are not at all approachable. So much of attitude and ego. 9. The CEO was a good man, coming and telling us the company development and all. But now, he doesn’t even want to understand what the employees truly feel and want. 10. They expect us to work for them like slaves. We have no respect at all and when any escalation comes, they put the blame on us. First of all, the founders must learn from some of our managers how to manage a project and their team. I am here even today ONLY coz of my manager.
