Cons
In my case, I came from Brazil.They support me in a lot of ways, since from documentation until to refunding me with 600 euros in my first month rental. But in other hand, they requires me to pay 3,5k euros if I decide to quit the company before 1 year. It is fair in some way, but it could turn into a problem (for example, if you don't adapt well and decide to come back to you country).
