      Pros

      Nice company in general that is doing a great product. Technical expertise is very high among the coworkers. Provides unlimited budget of tokens that you can use also for building your pet projects. Overall good wlb.

      Cons

      - In some cases WLB was not that great before releases, when the manager asked to work late or expected work to be done during the weekends, but that wasn't often. - Company struggles in competition with Anthropic / OpenAI / Cursor
