Negative Outlook

I worked at Austin Regional Clinic full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

None. There is nothing good about this company or the way they care for their patients.

Cons

Everything. There is so much gossip and micromanagement. Now room for growth.

    Pros

Very family friendly. Paid Holidays, great benefits. Community volunteer opportunities.

    Cons

Too much paperwork. ARC is working on getting everything online, currently too much paperwork.

    Advice to Management

ARC is a great place to work. Great for people with families.

I have been working at Austin Regional Clinic full-time

    Pros

This is a great company to work for. I'm very sad to leave. However I am relocating. They have all kinds of hours and locations, makes it very nice and easy to find a location near your home.

    Cons

Open every day of the year.
