    Pros

Work can be rewarding if you have time for it after all the meetings.

    Cons

The culture is getting worse daily. Everyone feels over worked, so rarely does anybody have time to help all the fresh employees get up to speed properly.

    Advice to Management

Good luck... you'll likely need it if you continue down the path you are on.
