Great benefits and nice people. Treat employees respectfully and all seem to have good intentions.

Chaos and panic when district isn't performing. Bad decisions at the district level.

When personnel mistakes are made acknowledge and correct them, don't go into denial.

I worked at Autopart International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Co workers ok. $46 weekly benefit cost ok if your making $700.

    Cons

No overtime. Almost childish management of hours worked. You cant afford health coverage of $46 weekly at $9/per

I worked at Autopart International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Most of the people you work with are nice. The accounts you service most are nice to the drivers. The upper managent gives you the most problems most have no idea what is going on.So you just go on doing your job.

    Cons

No matter how long you have been there doesn't mean a thing. you have one moving violation you can consider yourself gone.Ask for more money it 's like you asked for there first born.

    Advice to Management

My advice to the people up in Norton you should look in to your D. Mangers because most have no idea what is going on.Just look at all the help wanted you have in N. J. alone most of them are drivers 'counter people and store mangers ask yourself why doesn't anyone stay or why drivers get fired foe acceidents that are really not there fault when you drive everyday for living the odds are you have to have an accident.
