Pros

Company invests in its employees.
There are some really good people.
Salaries are competitive.

Cons

There is a constant fear that you could lose your job at any time if you cross the wrong person.
Limited appetite for disagreement that could lead to better work outcomes.

Advice to Management

Get a CTO who knows technology development.

    Cons

    Verbally blasted me for communicating with hiring manager via LinkedIn?
    Lack of clear communication by hiring leadership. Very vague about current issues to be resolved by new position. Previous leaders left unexpectedly? BIG red flag, never fully answered.

    Advice to Management

    Be open and honest with leaders you interview. Do not rely on recruiters for all information or contact. You do not get the entire story, just the sales pitch.
    Good luck as I have let my network know about this organization.
