    * Excellent work-life balance -- no expectation of working beyond a 40-45 hour week * Fairly strong culture that's improving all the time * Incredible office space * Lots of smart and motivated co-workers

    Cons

    * Product management's direction isn't always completely clear (but this is improving) * Communication between teams is inconsistent, sometimes leads to deliverables that fail to meet requirements

    Great Managers. The 3 I've had have been excellent. Very supportive, good leaders.

    Cons

    Complex internal structure and relationships that take time to be able to navigate successfully.

    Advice to Management

    Keep working to remove the identified blockers that stifle sales velocity, and wear down willingness to stay the course.
