    - People are generally both technology and people smart - Fair compensation - you drive how far you advance your career - one of the best health insurance plans I've seen to date

    Cons

    - initial staffing can take a while depending on experience - if you don't like travel or change, this is not the company for you.

    Pros

    Avanade provides many tools to grow a career if you embrace it. Moreover, they value people.

    Cons

    Easy to get lost and stagnate. Org is top heavy. Dependency on Accenture becomes so very cliche. You sometimes get stuck in a role and its difficult to grow beyond until its almost too late. Org is not visible unless u engage. Should organize and direct training goals...u r left on your own to accomplish or not...and it can be tough to pursue certs and training when it is counter to the work on the ground at... the client.

    Advice to Management

    Grow the company and the work that we do. Allow your people to become more entrepreneurial. Value experience and know how over young fresh and not client ready.
