    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Compensation is very well against its peers.

    Cons

Poor Sr Management, Poor Middle Management. The company works everyday to figure out its direction. There is a lot of buddy buddy promotions handed out to surround yourself with yes people. The company is going nowhere fast spending capital on M&A and not intergrating it into the operation to gain the savings. This is a little Nortel and will see its fall.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the talent you hire. Keep an open mind on issue and understand that you may not know it all and its ok. Surround yourself with folks that will push and challenge you. Be willing to think outside of the box. People dont just want the money you need to provide a working enviroment where people feel like they are wanted and needed. Too many Chiefs and no Indians left to do the work.
