    I worked at Avaya

    Pros

Most employees are abe to work from their home. Peers are typically very smart, technical folks are very sharp

    Cons

Ever since going private culture changed and everyone is out to protect themselves. Very little collaboration or support. Very little communication from above - often heard news from customers first. Difficult to get support in sales as too fe resources spread too thin.

    Advice to Management

As you try to ready your company for public offering remember your best asset is your people.
