    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Avaya full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Professional colleagues, the work is interesting, and the environment is pleasant enough.

    Cons

Clueless C-level management, and consequently shrinking market share. There has been a lot of turnover near the top level, but not enough at the very top.

    Advice to Management

Resign. Especially the CEO. Otherwise, device a corporate strategy, and try to stick with it for a while. Strategy has a lot of 'flavor of the month' characteristics.
