    Pros

    Flexible hours; good to great colleagues.

    Cons

    Processes are heavy and ineffective; executive talk doesn't match action; lower level management is hit and miss; a lot of communication that doesn't say much useful.

    Advice to Management

    Your employees (the ones playing the ground game) are your greatest asset; nurture and protect us. We're not stupid; we can see what's happening; talk to us straight.

    Pros

    Salary is higher than other places

    Cons

    Constant layoffs, more work than the staff can handle, never get the bonus because the financials are so bad, work is continually outsourced and then there are more lay offs n the US

    Advice to Management

    Get a clue, you are living on the edge
