Doesn't Recommend
Disapproves of CEO

Pros

Good co-workers
Immediate supervisor was supportive
Benefits are better than most (as long as they don't get reduced as they did in 2008)

Cons

Soulless, greedy, non-communicative management
Absence of solid professionals at top (with one exception)
Promotions and huge raises for lapdogs and nitwits
Number crunchers run the place and see employees as little more than possible cost cuts.
Little recognition or gratitude for accomplishment or sacrifice
Overpaid leadership receive millions in bonuses, while rank-and-file are told to be grateful for 2 percent annual raises.

Advice to Management

Sell the company, new ownership can't be much worse.

Communication is lacking and if you get along with your your subordinates and they respect you, you alienate your boss.

    Advice to Management

You need to hire more people oriented managers and get out of the 70's style management - management by fear.
