Customers were very nice. They needed your help and acted like it. Got some nasty people, but once you were calm, they were calm. Air travel irritates everyone. The other employees were kind, helpful and fun to be with.

Cons

The management. First off, the training was awful. There was a handwritten “tip” book. It had some good tips but absolutely no information fundamental to the job. I spent weeks fumbling with transactions because I would run into a situation I had not seen before or been prepared for and was harangued when I had to call my boss at home. I offered to come in off the clock, I left written questions. Neither request was honored. Finally I made a huge mistake because I didn’t know any better and was fired for it.
