Axonius is an excellent company to work for. The product is fantastic. The managers and leadership team are great as well and really do care about employees as individual people. I highly recommend.

Pros
I've been at Axonius for nearly a year and absolutely love my job and company. I love the flexibility of working remotely. I have a reasonable number of meetings. My boss is supportive, as are my colleagues. The benefits are pretty good, and the company goes out of its way to be transparent and make everyone feel included.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is the 401K match is just average, but I also think I'm compensated very fairly, so I don't mind.

Great product in terms of what it could be

Oh jeeze, where do we start? Sales leadership is mediocre and spews buzzwords. CTO has an ego, and is always right (Even when wrong) CEO doesn't seem to be involved in operations currently.
