Good and helpful team members, nice work environment not much pressure

Cons

Travel involved. Hikes are not in leaps.

    Pros

    The problem domain is interesting and the customer base is vast. Constant challenges on all fronts, and the U.S. office is still small enough that you get to know everyone.

    Cons

    Management doesn't know how to deal with runaway growth or foreign (e.g. American) employees. The amazing technical minds that were acquired during the Cyclone Commerce merger have all fled to greener pastures because the work was no longer interesting. Codebase is a nightmare, support bends to the will of customers in all matters, sales has given up entirely on reasonable promises during pitches, and H.R. Is too small and inexperienced to hold it all together.

    Advice to Management

    Consolidate, focus on employees, learn how to satisfy customers without giving lying or giving them the moon. You're bleeding employees like crazy while retaining the dull and lazy.
