Pros

- stability (no layoffs or salary cuts)
- nice colleagues
- Gym subscriptions

Cons

- Medium salary compared to other companies in the same field
- Poor benefits (No Laptop, Phone, Bonuses, Travels, etc)
- Suitable for kind of people that are comfortable and do not want to much pressure and challenges
- Things tend to get boring
- Not many useful things to learn if you are a savvy guy (doing their own proprietary "niche"software)

I have been working at Axway full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

A number of groups within Axway have long term employees that are knowledgeable and work well with other teams. The key products are all mature and somewhat stable providing a stable customer base.

    Cons

Probably the worst company I have ever worked for regarding internal communications. Very little sharing of strategy and vision other than a once a year event in January. Development of people is a low priority within Axway.

    Advice to Management

Improve the quality and quantity of internal information sharing. This could be done weekly through cascading information through the management chain out to all employees. Monthly meetings with various senior management giving updates on what groups are doing, and changes to tactics/strategy. Publish an org chart and let people know when new employees join and others leave.
