    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Ayasdi for less than a year

    Pros

Great problem space Market is starting to take off Unique machine learning solution Lovely people Little overt back-biting

    Cons

Company is nearly 10 years old, but it's still a disorganized startup with diffuse (if any) accountability and a curious lack of energy at the middle. Communication between managers and individual contributors is scant.

    Advice to Management

Please hire some managers who know how to plan how to work to a plan, how to optimize people's time, and how to enable their people to succeed. Hire a TechOps manager who knows how to tame the build process.
