Disrespectful work environment. You're openly told not to use your brain and just execute what your boss tells you. Even if you escalate, the higher levels will tell you that you must follow your boss. HR team is the most pathetic of all. Every week a number of people leave from the HR teams and their culture is so rotten that they seem unfit to build org level culture. They have values on paper but if you follow those values, you'll have to go through hell. I was tortured, disrespected, isolated because my Manager had a problem with me. They call it a no door policy but it's extremely hierarchical. Working while being admitted at hospital is expected. You got to be available even at 2am and must login at 9am. The ratings on glassdoor seems like a scam. There's no way this company crosses even a 2.something. Employees are treated as slaves. They believe disrespecting and telling employees that they're worthless will make them work harder. No amount of speaking up helps because no one wants to do anything about the culture. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF
