I have been working at Azusa Pacific University as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Everyone here is kind and competent. There is an abundance of talent and this is a place where learning and growth are encouraged and fostered.

    Cons

Sometimes the overwhelming kindness gets in the way of the efficiency of certain tasks. This is not a terribly large problem but is an ingrained part of the firm's culture.

    Advice to Management

Allow for more opportunities for collaborative work as opposed to secluded and sequestered workers that each work on a small piece of a larger whole. This would help to alleviate the confusion and questions that are often had when pieces get handed up along the chain and added to by each person.
