No opinion of CEO

Pros

Good training, good benefits, fair with salaries and promotions across peers, flexible schedule, supportive with educational goals, and good bonuses based on company performance.

Cons

Matrix organization is disorganized and confusing, hiring binges resulted in mass layoffs, leadship positions change too often, bulk of work was not very technical.

Advice to Management

Projects involving rapid fielding must have a specific protocol for release that streamlines the process to release the TDP with little resistance.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Average to above pay for the area.

    Cons

Under current management there is little to no funding for research & development. They are building on past succeses, not funding new development. Morale is low and there are unanounced lay-offs on a regular basis.

    Advice to Management

Look long tern, fund R&D, find new Inovative technology and take care of the employes. The good engineers see what you're doing and are leaving the company..
