      Company location and infrastructure Employee are good but not the management

      Cons

      I have worked with BARSYL for almost 5years and they have never paid salary on time Least bothered about employee welfare The company owe several lakh rupees to many of our colleagues Financially in very bad shape Freshers can join but experienced please stay away from this company
