          Excellent benefits. Flexible work schedule. Good compensation (if you come in at a high broadband).

          Pay parity issues. Superficial diversity efforts. Inflexibility with fully remote options.

        Recently I had an interview with Lowes Home Improvement and the interviewers came up wearing sweatshirts. I was professionally dressed up with the suit on. I found this weird. I have never had interviewers come up in sweatshirts during the interview. What do you think, about how to dress up when having an interview?
