Management (specifically director) at this office is awesome. Company puts clients first and the enviroment is healthy.

    Pros

    Flexible hours, can alternate shifts day, 2d, or third.

    Cons

    minimal accrued vacation, tops out at 1 week per year. Hard to get a raise.

    Pros

    There really are no pros. I guess if you like to be around judgmental and arrogant people who are incompetent and lazy, then you're a good fit for the corporate offices here.

    Cons

    It's been said in other review that BAYADA doesn't "walk the walk," and that couldn't be more true.

    The company, in general, is one big lie.

    It's a company that understands how to make itself look marketable and make people think it's a values-based organization, but in the end, it's nothing more than a money-machine fueled by greed and run by some of the lowest people in the healthcare industry.

    Professional growth- None (they give the training to college kids right out of school, who wind up quitting when they see how horrible things are). Corporate environment- awful (there is no accountability on anyone from director-level or above; it's a "who is friends with who" type of environment). The son, David, is about as clueless as it comes, even though he's regarded internally as a boy genius. The morale in the service offices is at rock bottom--and corporate could care less...money, money, money, money. The problem is, aside from the horrendous work environment, that patients "clients" are not being taken care of properly. They have all sorts of problems with Medicare violations. Stay away as far as working for this horrible company in any capacity. More importantly, don't ever let a loved one be taken care of by them.

    You already know it all, so there's no sense in trying to give advice.
