    Pros

    Flexible schedule, variety of clients, excellent training to high tech cases, friendly staff, great pay, great incentive program.

    Cons

    Some clients were without coverage on my days off.

    Pros

    Great clients, very rewarding in the fact that the clients appreciate what you do for them

    Cons

    Below minimum staffing in the office, which leads to all sorts of poor treatment of the field staff, due to CSM's being PO'ed about all the time they spend working. When I put in my two weeks notice, I became a pariah. I was then sent a "performance review" that said that I was "unreliable" This coming only 1.5 months after working 60 hours/week because a client needed me. I guess that wasn't enough.

    Advice to Management

    Go back to being client-centered instead of doing anything for the almighty Medicare buck. Staff thte offices so the CSM's aren't so angry. Treat the field staff like the "Bayada Way" states; Our employees are our greatest asset" Also, stop putting in anonymous good reviews. No-one is buying that.
