Office staff was always very supportive and transparent. I'm autistic and never ever had a hard time accessing reasonable accommodation. Lots of clients never have to repeat the same day twice

Cons

Low pay. Starting rate for a certified professional is $10/hr, first annual review all positive: no raise, second annual review all positive feedback, was less than 3% raise and they did not offer hazard pay at the beginning of the pandemic.
